Take a look at these photos of the Wolf River Garage on the south east corner of W. Green Bay Street and Washington Streets in Shawano Wisconsin. Today this location is a parking lot in back of Woolworth Building, the current home of the Stock Market.
The Wolf River Garage, sometimes refereed to as the Buick Garage, was owned by Nate Howe and his son Gould. In the first photo, the building to the left is the laundry house for the Murdock Hotel. The Murdock Hotel burned in 1948 and was replaced by the Woolworth Building which is the home of the Stock Market today.
