Photo of the day from 1893 – The Raddant Hotel at 733 S. Union Street in Shawano Wisconsin. The Raddant Hotel was built near the first Chicago and Northwestern rail road station.
In this photo are Olga, Alvina holding Raymond, Charles Raddant, Nora, and Esther. Boarders are on the right side of the porch. The left third of the building, the tavern, was removed but the rest of the house still stands today which can be seen in the second photo.
